After less than a month of service I received the first bill for two months of service in addition to a service charge for the technician that set it up. The tech charge wasn't disclosed up front. I called for an explanation and have now been on hold for an hour plus.... "Customer service" isn't exactly the term I would use to describe this interaction. Still on hold an EXTREMELY dissatisfied with what feels more like bait and switch tactics. This is my "promotional" experience, so I can only imagine how they treat long time customers. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company if you have other options...

On top of that they just make up numbers on what you use so they can add more money to your bill. Well I will be shutting their service off . Save your money people...
