Completely incompetent! Horrible customer service! Said they'd deliver product then claimed they didn't even when provided with screenshots of them saying so. After arguing they finally said they'd ship our shirts that we had already paid for to us. They sent our shirts to the WRONG address, but claimed it was the address we provided. However, after going through all our previous messages there was no messages containing the wrong address just the correct one that they didn't send our product to. Over $500 and nothing to show for it. We are now on the hunt to find our product because of their screw up. Order was placed August 27th and payment sent out...

Their customer service is very poor, the owner has a terrible attitude and treats the customer as below herself, she doesnt deserve my hard earned money or anyone elses for that matter, the products are below standard, I recommended highly getting your shirts and clothing done elsewhere...out of 10- with 10 being top quality, I rate this...

Stopped in to order some embroidered shirts and hats for work, and couldn't ask for friendlier service! Very nice business, with a huge selection of top quality clothing! I will be back every year for my embroidered...
