Subway — Restaurant in Mansfield

I’m a dasher and managers especially older lady are always rude or stand offish Cookies are NEVER ready for customers Today I got cussed out for canceling an order yesterday that was not ready they were baking cookies yet hot sub was ready so it would be cold in 10 minutes and I had another hot order in car that I wasn't going to let get cold on customer. Today she cussed me out for it and said she could hold my customers hot sub for another 5 minutes and proceeded to slam it on the counter. This is the only restaurant in mansfield that never has orders ready or very close to it. The only restaurant in mansfield with rude nasty managers she claimed she's the owner.
