Commons at Mansfield — Local services in Mansfield

I had a previous positive review in which I had to delete, due to how things are currently being run. I decided not to mention issues in detail with this review, because I'm better than that. If I could go without giving any stars I would.

To be honest, The only employee that is worth mentioning positively - is Justin in Maintenance. He does what he can do and with the time allotted to get things fixed or replaced. He is very polite and professional. My service dog Luna Belle adores him. My guy and I would personally like to speak to the actual owners of this apartment complex in person and discuss our concerns. Just so anyone wanting to live at the Commons in Mansfield watch what your signing up for. All they are is way over priced low income apartments, which they call luxury. They do walk through inspections and tell you that you need to wipe down your counters and you can't have clutter in your apartment. Mind you I pay $ 1817.00 rent a month and you want to tell me my counter needs wiped down, who do you think you are. I'm 54 yrs old and raising 5 grandkids, be happy it's only the counters. I would never refer someone to live here, also there is nothing for kids to do, they can't even play outside and if they are to loud you have everyone knocking on your door, but if the college students at 3:00 pm are screaming up and down the...

Living at the commons was a bitter sweet experience. It started off great but after some time, there were some difficulties. We had several issues with our air conditioning and they ended up having us live to another room due to no fault of our own. When we were ready to move out, there were things wrong with the apartment they originally wanted us to pay for because of their lacklustre record keeping of the rooms condition. Overall not the greatest experience. I would recommend trying to find somewhere cheaper...
