I was looking for something special for my bff of 30 years for her birthday and let me tell you this place did not disappoint. I had originally ordered something for my friend a couple weeks before and the day before it was to arrive I got an email stating order had to be cancelled. Kos Kreations popped up on google and they had several photos of gift baskets that looked cute. I called with my dilemma at around 3pm Friday afternoon and they were so generous to put together a lovely gift basket and delivered before noon the next day, and on Mothers Day Weekend at that. My friend called me in tears at how special the basket made her feel. All I gave Kos Kreations when I spoke to them was some ideas of what my friend was like and liked and she managed to put together a genious gift. Im so happy with Kos Kreatuins and thankful for them coming through.

Kos messaged me to ask if I had needs for Fathers Day and I totally did as my father is hard to shop for. She met my lack of planning with that reminiscent "ol school," customer service and charm. I’m usually an efficient, list-making planner, forgetting very little. However recently, in an emergency, I forgot some VIP gifts that I needed ... the next day! Near closing time, I jumped online for the search, fully expecting to have to jump in the car and race to the store grabbing something off the shelf. But what I eventually got was just so, so much more! Online, I found the closest neighborhood gift shop and called, honestly expecting to get a rolling-eyed, “you’ve got to be kidding, we’re about to close” attitude. She quietly listened, calmly asked a few questions, made a few suggestions and helped me feel all would be ok. And wow, was it!
