If I could give 0 stars, I would. The salon looks great , the aesthetics are very nice, and the complimentary drink was yummy. But from the moment I got there, the energy was off, especially from the manager. She was very rude and had a dismissive attitude. Mind you, I was so excited to go. I even sent my friend a TikTok, and we decided to go for a friends date.

I felt as though I was begging them to provide the service. Not only did they switch my nail tech three times, but the last person I ended up with kept grabbing my hand aggressively — to the point where I had to say, “Can you stop grabbing me like that? I am not an animal.” He didn’t even acknowledge that I said anything. It wasn’t until I started to cry and my friend noticed that anything shifted. Thankfully, Nancy, a tech there who seemed very sweet, checked in.

My wife and I decided to try out Milan Nail Lounge in Mansfield, and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly smiles. The salon itself is beautifully designed—clean, modern, and incredibly inviting. The massage chairs were extremely comfortable, and their full bar with a great menu of drinks was a nice touch.

I had a pedicure and my wife got a manicure, and we were both thoroughly impressed with the quality of service. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. One of the managers or owners even stopped by multiple times to check in on us, which made the experience feel even more personal.

I’ve been to many nail techs over the years, but Ms. Nancy is truly in a league of her own! From the moment you sit in her chair, you feel welcomed, relaxed, and well taken care of. She takes her time, listens to exactly what you want, and somehow makes it even better than you imagined. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and my nails always come out flawless, strong, and stylish.
