Oh, what a great year it's been!

Just over a year ago, I had the great blessing of coming to this place. Recommended by someone I know from my Bible study group, as I've already said, it was and will be a great blessing to my life. When I began my journey with Dr. Lenamond, I never imagined how satisfied and grateful I feel to be part of everyone who works at this Med Spa. For me, this is the first time in my life that I've been treated for my hormones. I've lived through five terrible years of perimenopause and couldn’t find the reason for so many symptoms, the worst of which was being overweight. I arrived weighing almost 200 pounds, feeling terrible and frankly hopeless. Dr. Lenamond treated me with great care and explained in detail what she and her team do at her Med Spa. Today, I'm 42 pounds lighter (and going for more), with lots of energy and my metabolism back to normal. I sleep, eat, do my normal activities, and I'm back to my old self. Not only my old self but I think a better and improved version of myself. Feeling blessed, fulfilled, and content. Everyone who works there has always been my biggest cheerleaders (along with my sweet family), and no matter how small my achievement, they celebrated it and they made me feel like I shouldn't give up. Omg if i could give a million stars i would. This is the best place to come to if youre ready to change your life. I have been apart of the Core Rejuvenation Family for 23 weeks. Im down 47 pounds. I am on the Dash Diet (Mediterranean Diet) along with my weightloss injections and I love my results. I also take the multivitamins formuated by Dr. Lenamond. The entire staff makes you feel like family. They are warm and welcoming. Dr. Lenamond is very helpful and wants the best for her patients. Ashley is very attentive and looks over your food journal to help you make the best food choices for your goals. It is self pace, nobody forces you to do anything, but encourages you every step of the way. The nurses who administer the injections are so sweet and gentle. Ive never had a bad stick.. and you know how that can be. Whew!! The ladies at the reception desk are the best at making you comfortable and always remember your name. I feel like Norm on Cheers when i walk in. This Medical Spa is the Chic Fil A of them all. The customer service is unmatched! If you are a person who loves incentives this is the place to be. From the rewards, to the punch cards you rarely ever pay full price. There's always great discounts for checking in on your phone, to bringing your food journal weekly. My eye doctor suggested trying IPL/Beautiful Eyes treatment for my dry eyes. He had patients that had good success at Core Rejuvenation so I set an appointment with them.

Will did my initial IPL treatment at Core Rejuvenation. I had no idea what to expect, and was beyond happy with the results! Within a few hours, my eyes were less red, dry and uncomfortable. My eyes are now able to flush out hair (dog & eyelashes) and debris without constant use of eye drops. The treatment stays effective for me for 6-8 weeks. When I feel my eyes becoming drier and more uncomfortable, I see Will or Lauren for a short IPL treatment, and get relief immediately.

The added, and completely unexpected, benefit of IPL treatment at Core Rejuvenation has been a significant decrease in allergy symptoms.

My allergies were diagnosed before I even started grade school, so I’ve had over 40 years experience managing them. Within a couple hours of the first IPL treatment, i was surprised and very happy to have clear sinuses, easy breathing and no constant headache. This was a big change for me. It meant I could stop taking allergy meds I had taken for 20+ years. I’ve shared this with my allergist who is also very pleased with my results, and the ability to stop a daily medication.

To maintain my eye and allergy relief, I see Will or Lauren every 6-8 weeks for an IPL treatment.
