I have ordered on a regular basis 4 times i had issue 2 times was charged for a premium product but shipped a lesser product and on 1 occasion they didnt ship full order and refused to honor it I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DISHONEST PEOPLE THEY ACT CIVIL BUT THE END RESULT ONCE YOU PAY ITS OVER THEY DO NOT HONOR DAMAGE CLAIMS DO NOT HONOR MISSING PRODUCTS DO NOT SHIP WHAT YOU PAID A PREMIUM PRICE FOR THEN THEY SAY ITS THE EXACT SAME PART WHICH I KNOW IS NOT TRUE I AM AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER 30YRS I HAVE WORKED IN THIS FIELD I KNOW WHAT PARTS AND QUALITY LEVEL THAT I PAID FOR ITS A SHAME WHEN YOU ARE TREATED WITH DISHONESTY ITS NEWARK AND DIGI KEY FROM THIS POINT OOH AND ARROW TOO . Ordered two orders within a few days of each other, picked USPS shipping option. I live two hours away from Mousers Texas location. It’s been almost two weeks, and I still haven’t gotten it. I emailed them and they go, oh sorry we resent it no charge. ( ummm I hope it’s no charge, I never got the first order). Then they go oh we forgot to send the first order, we sent the second order you reported missing. (Sir…I reported both orders missing…). At this point I already received my digi key order I put in a week after my mouser order. Still waiting on mouser to send it, I’m done with this company. They are incompetent at shipping AND customer service. Had they fixed their mistake and sent me the fixed order at next day shipping after waiting so long, as a sorry, I would’ve been ok. Their inventory is vast, which means it's highly likely they'll stock the parts you need. While many other suppliers have minimum order requirements, Mouser allows any size order, while maintaining very reasonable shipping charges. If all this wasn't enough, their personnel are always extremely helpful. They even provide engineers who can advise you on technical matters.
