Wish I could give no stars. I have continuously been disappoint by this Whataburger. The most recent of which wasted 20 minutes of my day.
I had tried to order through the drive through, waited there for a good 5 minutes with no response from the speaker. So I proceeded to drive around to the window, thinking the speaker may not be working properly. Waited another 15 minutes to get to the window. Finally got to the window, and told the girl at the window what had happened, and that we needed to order, and she responded with "Oh, well we can't really do that here." And closed the window on us, so I couldn't ask what I was supposed to do. So not only were we not helped, we were essentially ignored.
On another occasion after ordering our food in the drive thru, we paid and were handed our food, and immediately the window was shut. Well, spicy ketchup is kind of my favorite thing, so after sitting there for a minute trying to hail somebody down, we finally got the man's attention, he opened the window back up with a confused expression. We then asked for a couple of spicy ketchups, and he replies with "oh it's in the bag." And starts to close the window again. We then asked if he had put "spicy" ketchup in and he says "yes". Well, lo and behold no spicy ketchup. So yes, I was lied to. I then tried to ask for "more" spicy ketchup, and was told "We are only allowed to give one." And again, immediately window shut.
Those are just the cherries on top of endless times I've experienced sub par customer service to put it nicely. To be honest though, most of the time it has been downright rude.
I will not be going here anymore. Instead I will drive an extra 5 or 10 minutes to go to Wendy's or In...

I waited in drive thru line approximately 2hours. By the time I made to order kiosk I reorder the food ,hoping I would get it fresh. When I got to the window the representative was not wearing a name tag. The re fried my onion rings and totally miss the mark. They contaminated my strawberry shake and burger it had no mustard or any other sauce even though I asked for mustard. My sandwich was soggy and leaky like some type of liquid was add the shake smelled funny. I immediately called the store after getting home in the uber I paid $10 to pick the order up in the first place. The manager said they couldn't give me a refund for the unedible food. It s a food safety issue and feel sick after tasting the strawberry shake. After the manger hung up I called back and he hung up again. So I called back politely asking for the information to reach general management. The employee refused and said call 1800 number. I asked for that number. The employee refused again. So I went into app finally reached customer service to file a report. I paid 13.78 for a meal I didn't eat. Highway robbery. I took several pictures of long drive thru line and store and the contaminated meal I received. After all that I'm waiting on corporate whataburger to reach out to me and my refund. Stay away from this location at night hours . The food is contaminated and the manager at night is not willing to resolve issues and will contaminate your food without cause. One employee was playing in the french fry bin picking the French fries up and throwing them back in bin talking about how bad she was ready to go because she needed to go home and shower to get ready for the night while twirling her ponytail in the other hand. Luckily I oreder onion rings and she wasn't taking care of my order. One young lady was taking my order and another guy ran up to the other register and interrupted her and ask me for my order. She then ask him "oh do you wanna take care of her?" So while they are debating who's going to take my order I noticed both managers are standing around having side conversation doing nothing. One of the managers finally came to the front when a COMPLAINING guest walks in and asks for a manager that evidently wasn't there.... They were out of tea in the lobby ... they were out of medium size cups so I had to get a larger cup which wasn't bad thank you! but I filled my cup half way with lemonade and ask the employee nicely to fill the rest with sweet tea since there wasn't any tea in the lobby. He then ask me why????? I would like sweet tea in my cup please. He then says. "I never heard of anyone doing that, thats nasty!?!?!?!?!?.... When I got home my bag was soggy my burger was soggy! I have never experienced such horrible service at a wataburger! I should have read the reviews before I went in there. The reviews says it all! HORRIBLE!!!!! SLOW!!!!! VERY POOR...
