Horrible experience ordering pellets. If you're looking for pellets, do not order from here - the sales person was rude taking the order. The delivery guy was rude to my wife when called for delivery - he called the night before and she confirmed delivery - he called a second time the next morning when she was in the shower and because she didn't answer, he didn't delivery the pellets. When she called the next day to find out what happened, he was rude, blamed her for everything, and refused to discuss the timeline for re-delivery.

Since then I've called and talked to Mr. Ferestien - he promised me "the next day or two" three times now (after the first delivery failure), and I've finally given up. All promises, no delivery. This has gone on for three weeks now, I don't see why anyone would order pellets from this company (unless, like me, you don't know how horrible their service is). Maybe their service is better for other products, but I wouldn't trust them (especially if it requires...

My father knew the proprietor, thus he recommended me to this place. On September 7, 2023, I placed an order for four tons of heating pellets. I received a price quote and delivery confirmation. When I called them on November 16, I was informed that they could not deliver them unless they received another order from my area, and that the price had increased dramatically. I had still not received a response regarding my order. My main source of heat is pellets, and I will be without any for Thanksgiving. Fantastic! Never trust anyone, particularly these people.
