I'm literally walked in, was the only guy in line and stood there at the counter. an older gentleman not sure if he was a manager or what was preoccupied working on something else, possibly even a called in order. I'm assuming because he wasn't on the phone or anything but he was in complete tunnel vision not even acknowledging my presence. I stood there while he worked for maybe three or four minutes and then he went to the back. He popped back out a few times bringing a tray out for somebody on the cook line and a bucket of something else. Not once in the over 10 minute time I stood there was I acknowledged. If he would have provided even the slightest bit of customer service and let me know that I would be helped, I probably would have stuck around. I ended up turning around and walking out just as somebody else was walking in which ironically enough was help as soon as he reached the counter. I will not come back to this Mooyah. If that was indeed a manager he needs to learn the basics of customer service. Even if he would have lied and said he would have been with me in a couple of minutes I would have stuck around. Over 10 minutes at the counter while people just looked at you is way too long without even acknowledgment...
Read moreSome friends thought I should post this, so here. If you were thinking of working at this Mooyah's...don't. Applied there multiple times in the past and they gave me a horrible interview when they finally did reach out to me. They really don't care about hiring people and making it feel worth it.
I was getting interviewed by an older fellow, at the same time another person was getting interviewed right next to me by a different manager. I noticed the quality of my interview was different compared to the other applicant's right away, as this manager had spoken quite rudely to me and asked me some weird questions that the other employer didnt ask the other applicant. I felt shocked, confused and frankly, could tell that the manager interviewing me did not care. He never even really looked me in the eyes, and his tone of voice made me think he was annoyed to interview me. The entire time I sat there and thought, "Wow, what did I even come to the interview for if this is it?"
I have an amazing job now and wouldn't dare apply for this place again either way. Hoping the managers have changed their...
Read moreI had came around 7ish and was waiting a little bit to get my order taken, and while I was waiting I had noticed the employee putting cleaning solution on the milkshake stirrer, and went to go do a task and then came back to take my order which was a milkshake. He looked like he genuinely hated his life working there and I’m sorry if you do, but I don’t know if he had cleaned off the chemicals properly from the stir before making my milkshake, and when I was able to get to it, my tongue started to feel a weird sensation on it. I was already close to my house when I had called to ask the manager and let him know of the situation. I honestly don’t know if he really told me the truth or even if the employee told the manager the truth and offered a remake (greatly appreciated) but it kinda sucks being in this situation of not knowing if my milkshake was tainted or not.. maybe my fault for coming in late? But also would hope that people would just work accordingly and this situation...
