I rarely go to chain resturants, rather go local but it was late, and Buffalo Wild were on the way home. Working in and going to bars and resturants every weekend this was the worst experience of my life. The three of us waited 15 minutes until a server took a drink order, another 10 before they were brought over. The waitress took our order and we waited. 45 minutes before my wife's chicken sandwhich came out first. She asked for no pickles and she got pickles. The Fries were luke warm at best, room like room temperature. Couldn't even flag the waitress down for another drink she dropped the plate on the table and left. Waited over an 15 minutes for the next order of wings which again were room temperature, barely seasoned or tossed in the sause I asked for and seemed tastless of poor quality. The side of fries I asked for were cold and tasted like they been sitting around for 15 minutes. Still couldn't get another beer as she left right away. She came back about 5 minutes later and said the next order would be about 12 more minutes becuase they just put it in. Over 15 minutes later the last order came out. When she brought out the last order I was able to ask for some ranch or blue cheese . (which I asked when I ordered) (I got the 10 wings left 5 they were so bad) The ranch took about 5 minutes, beer closer to 10 and for the first time ever I complained to a waitress and she would ask the manager for a discount. (which we didn't ask for) He/she said no, and didn't even bother coming over to talk to us. Out of the 3 odrers, we left a half of chicken sandwich, 7 of the 15 cold uneatable wings and most of the cold saggy fries. The waitress not once came over asked if we needed anything for the most part she was more where to be found during the long wait. Waiting for 3 meals for over 50 minutes, then coming out cold, and tasteless at intervals of another 40 minutes or so will not bring back my business. Give your business to local resturants. There quality is better and they are a better host. On a side note, they should check the bathrooms because they were disgusting. Sorry to say...
   Read more[Edit] A manager called to assist me. The refund was actually made the day of the service but it takes up to 7 business days to see it go through. They apologized and did not make any excuses but we did discuss some of the issues I mentioned in the review. I'm upping the review from 1 to 3 stars. I'll try them again in a few months to see how things are going.
My previous review was 4 stars but as of today it is one star. This place is struggling. I'm sure the demise has been due to covid and that is sad. First off the hostess area and take out area have become a waiting area for food delivery drivers. I understand they are trying to make a living and are doing their jobs but B Dubs needs to come up with a better way of making the pickups better for customers and delivery drivers. It's just too chaotic. Secondly, and this is partly my own fault and partly the app's, the app glitched on the gpay payment method so I had to manually enter the card to pay for it. What I didn't notice at the time is that the app reset my pickup time from 630p to 3p. I noticed this after the payment went through. At that point I called the restaurant and they assured me it would be ready for me to pick up at 6:30p. They were very gracious on the phone. However when I got there to pick it up I was told that my order was ready 4 hours ago. At that point I explained what had happened and asked for a refund. They took my information. I have no idea if I will get a refund. I don't have much confidence. Note, I will be reviewing the app as it is partly to blame here. App usability requires a forgiving user experience. I feel bad leaving this review but I honestly don't want anyone to have a bad experience like this. I feel bad for the obviously over worked staff and management. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that something was off. What was supposed to be a simple dinner became a long, stressful evening due to extremely slow service and an unfriendly server.
After we were seated, we waited over 20 minutes before anyone even came to take our drink order. The restaurant wasnât very busy, so it didnât make sense why the service was moving so slowly. Once the server finally arrived, they didnât greet us with a smile or even say hello. Instead, they acted like we were bothering them, which made the whole situation feel uncomfortable.
When we ordered our food, we were told it would take about 15 to 20 minutes. However, we waited nearly 45 minutes, and during that time, our server never came back to check on us. We didnât get refills on our drinks, and when we tried to ask for an update on our food, the server responded with an attitude. They were rude and dismissive, which made us feel like we werenât welcome there.
Once the food finally arrived, it was barely warm, and one of the orders was wrong. When we brought it up to the server, they didnât apologize or offer to fix it. Instead, they rolled their eyes and walked away. At that point, we just decided to eat what we had and leave as soon as possible. The whole experience felt like a waste of time and money.
In conclusion, my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was one of the worst dining experiences Iâve had. The slow service and rude behavior of the server ruined what should have been an enjoyable night. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve customer service in the future so that other people donât have the same...
