This place is gross! There was poop smeared on the bathroom walls... And it was there for at least the last 3 weeks... The whole bathroom is disgusting I have pictures... I also have pictures of expired food in the vending machine after my toddler refused to eat a bag of goldfish because she said the were nasty I then looked and not only were they out of date but the bag had a rip in it... The older female that owns or runs it had just stocked the machines a week before these pictures I took a couple weeks ago... Tonight the same expired foods I told her about 3 weeks ago were still in the machine... She lied and said she can't open it even though I watched her do it before... To make things worse she is RUDE! I was getting clothes from the extremely slow dryer when she told me to "move" I said excuse me and she replied "move I have job to do"... I stepped out of her way in disbelief that she would talk to someone like that... She mumbled that I was a slob because one dryer sheet fell out of my clothes on the floor which I planned to pick up until she told me to move... It gets WORSE... There was a nice mother with her very very well behaved baby( maybe 12 months) this baby didn't move from the chair... He was eating a pop tart and watching his nursery rhymes when the rude female that runs the place cane up and scared the little guy then yelled at his mother because he dropped some crumbs( the mother insisted her son made the mess and she would clean it when he was done)... She yelled that she wanted to do her job so she could go home... Remind you this was 45 minutes before closing time.... She made the woman hold her son and not let him eat his snack... On my way out I heard her in the corner sweeping saying she was tired of all these slobs.." Trashy Americans" she mumbled as I was passing by ... Would not recommend at all I'd give it a honest well...

I've had an unpleast experience with the lady at the front desk before but wrote it off as her having a bad day but after today's experience and reading other reviews I'm pretty sure she just has a bad attitude in general. When it was time to dry my clothes I put them in the dryer numbered 46, added the coins and pressed start. It began humming and heating up but the drum didn't turn. I tried a few different times to rearrange my clothes and restart with no success. I switched my clothes to a working dryer and paid a second time. No worries, machines break. But I went to the front desk to let her know so she could put a sign up or call a repair person. She came over and told me that I wasn't getting heat because I had it on low and not high. I tried to explain I was getting heat and the problem was it not turning only for her to get upset with me and storm off. In the end after half an hour in the working machine my clothes were still soaked and they're now hanging to air dry at home. All in all I could've dealt with everything except the attitude she gave me for trying to help her out. Someone else is going to try and use that dryer and if they don't notice it being broken can end up with ruined clothes and probably won't be as chill about the...

The "Old ASIAN LADY" is extremely rude. Does not know her own machines and does not understand what "ADD BLEACH" means. Machines stink because they are not sanitized on a regular basis. Some even smell like FECES. Went there yesterday and right off the bat she kept passing by the machine we were about to use and started saying not to use too much soap. "We only use one CAP full of Soap and One CAP full of Softener. After loading everything my wife went and sat down to wait for the wash. The RUDE lady went to our machine and started Talking LOUD to my wife and said that she had messed up the machine because a light on it had came on. She said my wife put too much Soap. When my wife got up to see, the machine did not have too much soap and the light that she was talking about said "ADD BLEACH". My wife tried to explain to her what the light said and the lady kept saying that "ITS NOT TRUE, THE LIGHT SAYS YOU MESSED UP MACHINE". She pressed the Emergency shut off and cancelled the wash that we had just loaded. Thats when my wife got loud with her and demanded that she re-set the machine. This lady has said racial remarks towards Hispanics and I dont think she likes them there. In that case we will not be returning...
