I have been a loyal and consistent customer for 2 years now. About 2-3 weeks ago, I purchased FOUR of the spectra puppy vaccines, only to find that they were all EXPIRED. I called them to tell them & they told me to come back in. I brought the vaccines in with the receipt and also brought to their attention that the ENTIRE FRIDGE OF VACCINES WERE EXPIRED!!! Two people confirmed this and had me write down on their clip board that I needed vaccines and they told me they would call me the next week & took the vaccines back. NO CALL WHATSOEVER! I then called back TODAY and a man told me to come on in to the store. At this point i’m out of $100 and NO PRODUCT FOR WEEKS!!! I come in and say “i just called about the vaccines” and the hispanic man that had been working with me tried to help me but then a white guy popped up out of his chair and began demanding to see my receipt and bank statements while the hispanic man was trying to tell him that he has been working with me for weeks and another person verified that i brought all the EXPIRED vaccines back with NO REFUND. He did not care. by the GRACE OF GOD i found the receipt in my car and the guy let up. UNFORTUNATELY they only ordered the vials so they told me i had to purchase EXTRA SYRINGES. I reluctantly did this. There were NO ACCOMMODATIONS made for me. What random person would walk in saying they purchased 4 vaccines?! The guy treated me as if I was lying even when the other employees were vouching for me. I will absolutely not be back and will take my business and money elsewhere. Y’all have absolutely lost me as a customer. After purchasing expired vaccines, bringing to their attention that their entire fridge was EXPIRED & to being hounded for my bank statements??? NEVER AGAIN. I THANKED THEM for their service over the years and remained calm because I will absolutely not be back and it wasn’t worth it getting upset in the store. DO BETTER AND BUYERS CHECK YOUR EXPIRATION DATE AND GET THE NAMES, DATES AND TIMESTAMPS OF WHO YOU TALK TO OR ELSE THEY WILL HOUND YOU TO LOOK AT YOUR BANK STATEMENTS AS IF ANYONE WOULD RANDOMLY COME IN LYING ABOUT BUYING EXPIRED...

Updated Review: I have been going here for a while, they used to have a very friendly staff. Well, the young man in the back is, but the last few times I have been in, the kid at the front counter, not so much. He is very condescending, rude as can be. I own a business, there is NO WAY I would allow him at the front counter, or dealing with customers at ALL!! He has absolutely zero knowledge of customer service, rude, smart mouthed little kid. If you continue to let him work there, put him in the back, so he does not speak to customers. Re-training (per your response to another reviewer) won't do that kid any good. I give him zero starts!! The young man that used to work there, was very helpful and polite. This one, NOT AT ALL.The first time I went in and he was working, rude as can be, thought maybe just a bad day for him. Then second time, same attitude, okay another bad day. But again today, no, he is just a condescending, little (fill in the blank, words I won't say on here), that is still clueless in life. I may or may not ever go back, after my interactions with him. I will drive 30 minutes away to another feed store for a while. Hopefully, by the time, I decide to go back, he will not be anywhere around customers. Good luck with that!!

This feed store is REALLY AWESOME! More than a few times we've had to go by when they were almost closing and they've been really nice about it! Most stores give you such an attitude and couldn't care less even when you're very apologetic! All of their employees have been very helpful and understanding when I tell them I have Alzheimer's and several other autoimmune diseases that cause me to be in 50/10 pain levels 24/7. I've called them anytime over the phone to ask if they have something before going there as that always helps me make my decisions since it's so very hard to go anywhere with my conditions.
