Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Manvel

It is my fault...I forgot the nightmare last time I went through with ordering from Pizza Hut. I saw their cheesy pizza on tv and thought I'd try it. They taught me once again not to waste my time. There is a pizza hut literally, 1 mile from me. When I called to place the order, pizza hut makes you call a national number. Some yahoo in California takes the call and then places it with your local store. First, I guess based on zip code, they guy tells me there is a 'better' store closer to me that he will put the order in with. All along, I'd thought he'd place it with the store about 1 mile away. After several minutes placing the order with him, I hang up and figure in about an hour, (time promised) I'll see my pizza. Ten minutes later, someone from pizza hut national calls me and tells me the store near me isn't answering for orders or doesn't deliver, etc. He suggests I go down and pick it up. I told him 'no' -cancel the order. After I hang up, I get another call, similar to the last, advising me there is a problem with my order and that they are going to have the local store call me. I told them don't bother...cancel the order. Less than five minutes later, a 'local' store (more than 45 minutes away) calls me and asks, 'why are we calling you for your order, you are far away from us?'. Hahahaha. You would think after what, several decades, pizza hut would finally have their act together. Pizza isn't astro-physics...it's cheese and some toppings. I told the guy when I order from Dominos or Papa Johns, NONE of this type of thing happens. They educated me once again NOT to...

They got no cups no napkins with the order. And they only told me they had no cups when they arrived instead of telling me upfront or calling me that they got no cups. I was working at the high school and we don't have cups on hand to drink the 2 liter that was on hand. At least they got here on time and...

This is the best Pizza Hut I have ever been to. There is a lady by the name- Carmen. She is so nice, looking she is cleaning the place all the long. She was so kind. My pizza 🍕 looks and taste great. I love this place From now on I'm eating pizza only here!!
