I have nine pinball machines all from the early 80’s and require the boards to be repaired every now and then. The first time that I needed service was approximately 4 years ago on a gorgar project I picked up for a great price and the cpu & driver boards were in really bad shape I actually thought they would not be repairable. I was referred to Tim Nabours by the pinball resource so I sent an email to Tim and he responded quickly and said to send the boards and he would let me know if they are repairable or not. Tim sent me a response the next day after he received the boards and said it would take some work but could save the boards and it would probably take about 2 weeks. Well that wasn’t the case I had them back in my machine and working perfectly in 9 days that’s pretty amazing considering approximately 3 days in the mail each way. And recently I was having display issues in my sorcerer machine and I thought for sure it was the master display board that was causing the issues so I sent him the main board and within a few days he emailed me and said he found no problems with the board and sent it back to me with no charge attached to it. He gave me some things to check on the connectors and when I did what he suggested the displays are now working perfect. I've used Nabours Novelty since 1995 and that's why I still use them to this day! I recently had someone else look at my 1975 Gottlieb Fast Draw pinball machine for what I thought was a simple score reel not resetting. $300 later, that person said it would be around $1K more to fix it and go through everything else. I emailed Nabours N and Tim promptly replied asking if I could wait one week before brining it out - no problem. I brought it out and wow - plan on a little extra time while there, as so many great item to look at in the showroom, plus he was very thorough with his check-in sheet. Within one week, he replied saying it's ready to come "home". Besides the excellent service & turnaround time, he not only fixed the score reel issue but gave a detailed list of over 17 other items that needed his attention and fixed accordingly - all for just $395 out the door! He had it all setup in his showroom so I could play it while he explained everything he did. It's the 2nd one from right. I highly recommend...

Tim does a fantastic job. I live in Texas and ever board I have sent him has come back absolutely perfect. The boards I have asked him to make for me have come in and work perfectly. If i have ever had a problem he is wonderful on fixing.
