Phenomenal experience. I called up and spoke with Dean who was beyond knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without telling me to hold on, or Ill look on the internet with you. I then visited the store, and Rob and Dean guided to make the correct decision by asking me questions, seeing a sample and pictures from our home. When they could have sold me one product and moved on, they educated me and spent time with me as well. We have used Robs for 3 different homes we have owned over the years. This is by far the best group of people to work with. We just purchased a new house and had them do all of the flooring. They scheduled around our closing so we could move in after the flooring was done. Dean was more than accommodating working with our closing date, gave us options for flooring that fit what we described we wanted and was once again amazing at helping us. Their install guys are great! We have had 3 different crews and all have been above great to deal with. This is the company we would recommend to anyone.
