Garage Sale Thrift Store — Local services in Marathon

I have not actually been to this store so my review isn’t 100% accurate... I guess; however, I am giving it a one star due to the bad experience I had with an attempt to shop here. For the last 2 weeks the business has been positing ALL over Facebook about their amazing sales showing pictures. They have advertised being open 7 days a week. They’re hours on google say 7 days a week, their Facebook says 7 days a week, and even their sign on the door says 7 days a week. I drove over an hour to go to this store after all the hype I saw online... and it was CLOSED. I am furious that I wasted over 2 hours of my life driving there and back for nothing. I understand business sometimes have to close last minute for reasons, but if you’re going to advertise 7 days a week you need to post on Facebook or google or somewhere that you are closed that day. It’s a shame because I had several things in mind to buy and they lost my business. If I ever go, I’ll update my review if I see fit, but I won’t drive all the way to Marathon just for this...

My family and I were here for vacation and my grandma wanted a few things from the thrift store. This was the only thrift store to be opened on Sunday so we made the 10 minute drive. Website and store hours on door say they are open at 9. No open signs were on and the door was locked. Called the number given twice and got a message back saying they were opening at 11. Why have store hours if you aren’t going to follow them? I have added pictures to show everything so owner cannot say it’s a different store!...

We drove all the way down from Key Largo, over an hour, Lights are on doors are locked.. Phoned the number on the door ..No answer so but we left a message.. Thought maybe he stopped out for lunch whatever.. Came back again after lunch, lights still on door still locked. I saw 2 people come to the locked door besides us.. No note on the door. Looked in windows but will never return. Extremely inconsiderate owner. Would a note on the door kill you? How about answering your phone. I am shocked you stay...
