House of Cheese — Local services in Marble Falls

I was in Marble Falls for my niece's bachelorette weekend...25 girls total. I was the designated chef for the weekend along with the brides Mom, my sister-in-law. The final night - we decided some late night grill cheese would hit the spot for all the girls coming back from a pub crawl in Austin. We found the House of Cheese and asked them for recommendations. They use Havarti on their in house grill cheese - so we got some of that - then they recommended the truffle gouda. WOW - these were the best grill cheese I have ever had - we only wish we got there early enough to pick up some of their sourdough bread. And the staff was fantastic, helpful and very knowledgeable - hard to find these days! Thank you...

One phrase, OMG! I’m so thrilled to have found and tried this lovely place. It’s tucked down the side of the newer constructed limestone buildings near the music sculptures, just east off Main Street. We popped in after checking out the Main Street car show and my husband, son and I were all blown away by their grilled cheese sandwich! Sounds crazy I know but this is no typical GCS. Made from their sourdough bread with Havarti cheese, Prosciutto, and mustard grilled on the panini press. So so so good! Savannah perhaps in your review of the “footage” you noticed it was the guy with the bun in his hair that scolded us, his customers over the counter, across the room & in front of other customers. You will also note we had no Procuitto on our sandwich but no credit for that, nor did we ask. We just wanted a simple sandwich. The little girl at the counter was not responsive to our request but instead kept describing the how creamy the cheese on the sandwich was. She was incapable of dealing with this simple request & yes that is frustrating.
