This is my favorite store in Southwest Florida, because it is individually owned and designed to meet the needs of full-time Florida residents. On the second floor of the Marco Island store, most items are priced $39.00. The choices are endless. The staff, especially Sue and Jane, are knowledgeable, friendly, and very interested in finding the right outfit for each individual customer. The designer clothing items, which are made in America, are pricey, of course. But if you do your research, you'll find Clara SunWoo and other American designers are comparably priced. In the summer, Kay's will sometimes offer a 20 % off coupon in the Naples Newspaper. It's my favorite girls' outing shopping experience. I really like this clothing store very much. However, I arrived at this store at 4:15 on Sunday thinking that they were open since there was an open sign still on and the web site stated that closing time was 5:00. Unfortunately the door was locked. I could see customers walking around inside so I called from their parking lot thinking it must be some mistake.
