Grateful J's Smoke Shop — Local services in Margate

the shop itself is very very nice I've been going to the shop for over 5 years they had done some nice changes when it comes to the looks of the inside aboult 6moths ago... But wut they realy need to do is sum nice changes to the stuff attitude!! being the fact that the head shop is right behind my house I find myself going there even though the priceing is horrible and stuff sucks still throughout the last 5 years I have gottin friendly with 1or2 of the stuff that is actually nice and mature they hired about 5 new stupid immature little highschool kids that think there sso much better n wayyy coool man! Lololol just cuz the y work at a headshop! so stupid that they can't even understand that you have to let people in until 10:01 and if they don't then its bad customer service! and that alone is enough rub me the wrong way about the place but thats not all that happen also whenever someone knocks on the door at 950 asking to come in real fast n the kid wuz str8 up like " no go away" I continue to tell him that I had 10 more minutes left until they close but he just wouldn't do it I kept on with please mans n help out your hello smoker outs but then he starded call me names he put me down and called me a junkie!! Never agean well I go there I don't care how close to me it is! N they sure as hell do not deserve my...

i purchased a bowl for 7 bux and change.......The bowl didn't fit, i called the shop and told them with my busy work schedule, it will be tough to get back to return it, but that i don't want to be stuck with a bowl that doesn't fit, id rather have my money back or a store credit at worse. As per my conversation with the young man who sold it to me, he said, bring it back and I'll refund you." Well i went today and they did neither refund me or issue a store credit. For 7 bucks its no big deal, i get that, however its the principle of doing the right thing by the customer in any business setting. The bowl was never used, so they said," once it leaves the store we cant take it back," so i left it there, go ahead sell it for another 7 and now you made $14, was $14 bux worth a bad right up and a salty would be customer? Me i would of done something to please the customer, especially one who drove out his way to come see me, so be warned.....the company will NOT work with you if something doesn't fit or work right or at least thats how my experience was, just a heads up....pains me to have to neg out over such a small...

Not very fond of the traffic on the road during 5-6 pm on weekdays. The stores location makes it hard to reach as there is only one entrance and exit which leads to 441... I would recommend a back road entrance if possible. The stores decent staff is okay not the type of people you want to test their patience though. They definitely give you the vibe that they want you in and out but if you're in need of glass or any smoking equipment asap and can't wait I would recommend this place. Online prices are competitive enough to take out stores like this in my opinion it's the REAL glass that keeps them...
