My family and I had a disappointing, disturbing... experience with Angel ("A" hereafter) today. We are new to this company and have had to go in to speak with them because some info told to us in the beginning was not adding up after close to 1 month.
Now, based on their eloquent and "customer-friendly" introductory attitude one is lead to believe that this "friendliness and professionalism" will be a constant, I mean they wear suits and ties! The person whom we signed up with wasn't there but as this was our 2nd trip since signing we spoke with this different Rep.
Long story short, "A" was upset that the guy who spoke with us on our previous visit did not assist us again (although available) because, as "A" said, "he knew we weren't signing up". Very upset, he said that he's going to get his f#%king ass fired. I guess the code for behaving in a professional and emotionally intelligent manner isn't required at this stage of acting.
"A" 's attitude continued on a decline, our matter was obviously not a priority. When his problematic co-worker came over to ask him for the tablet, "A" responded, "you ignored them man" the other responded "cry like a girl" "A" said, "you a&!hole douchebag".
I then asked "A" twice if I can make a suggestion and "that is, you keep the attitude for your co-worker and not for us". He then got up abruptly and walked away.
We got up and walked out with our matter unresolved and had a horrific experience versus our signed-up visit.
We'll be back to see...
Read moreI had the best experience with Michael Kral-Holovka when purchasing my new phone and transferring my service from T Mobile to Verizon. Michael said he had only been at the store for a couple of months, but you would never know it. He had such an extensive knowledge of every product my husband and I asked him about. He was very professional and patient with us (me). I'm kind of a dinosaur when it comes to this stuff, but he made me feel so comfortable and confident with my purchase. We were originally going to switch to Xfinity mobile, but when we went to their store in Coconut Creek, the people working there were the complete opposite of Michael and the team at Verizon. The guys at Xfinity look like they just rolled out of bed and had the "I don't need you, you need me attitude." My husband and I left, vowing never to give them another penny. We went to Verizon, and the experience was the total exact opposite. Michael Kral-Holovka is now my rep for any Verizon product I purchase. I highly recommend him to other people who are technologically challenged like me, and even people who aren't. He is a great representative of your store in...
Read moreCustomer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service. I would be very remised if I did not write about my experience. I have been with Verizon for almost two years and I wanted to upgrade my girlfriends phone for her birthday. Mr. Erickson showed us several phones and she saw the one she wanted. I returned the next day and got the upgrade. Besides Mr. Ericson, Ms. Kristi and Mr. Garret went all out of their way to make it happen. They showed me features about the phone. Had a little glitch with the phone the next day do to the protector. I called Mr. Erickson about my situation he said no problem, bring it in and we we will exchange it for a new one. He was ready to close but, said he would wait for me. I told him no, it would be better go there tomorrow. He told me he was off and to call him on his cell and he would come in. Unbelievable in these times. As someone who has been in Management for over 15 years I want to say Thank You All. Congratulations and...
