Delish Caribbean Restaurant — Restaurant in Margate

When you walk in your not greeted or welcome, they are not communicative at all. The waitresses have No people stills or social skills. The advertisement of the food selections shown on Google they do not serve at all, deceptive busines just to draw customers in. The attitude of the waitres-cashiers are too old fashion haitian sexiest, they treat wemen second class and unwelcome.

The dinning area has a big hole in the sealing with rotten wood hanging down which means they have mold and asbestosis going in your food. I don't know why I support my haitian people here in fort Lauderdale, Margate, Pompano, its worth the drive to Miami were the food is better and the people are nicer and friendlier. OMG, and they put so much haitian gravy inside the to go plate and less meat, grave juice dripping and spilling every where on your car and in the bag. It's a horrible mess, by the time you've gotten home your working on cleaning all the spilled gravy that's all over your hands and keeping it from spilling over on your other belongings. I would NEVER recommend this place to any one, PERIOD! They are not family orientated, the cashiers don't know how to properly take your orders, I gave this place three chances, I ordered 4 different combinations on their menu, food was not good. I've had way better home cook meals. The dining experience that NEVER happen, was a horrable. They had four women servers and non of them was busy, the restaurant had only two customers they were empty, I sat for 15 minutes patiently and no one came to take my order and my friends order, my friend was so offended. Horrible customer service will never order from this restaurant again. Last time I ordered a (fritay cabrit with a side of Akra) the order was delivery but the akra was missing I immediately call the restaurant I spoke with the lady that was very nice I asked her for a refund she told me no we don't refund but next time when you order we will add the Akra. I said you didn't write down my name how would you know she said don't worry anyone you spoke to will give it to you. I didn't make a big deal about I know I will order again that will be fine. So today I called to place a large order for $120 because I have a few friends over so I told her about a $5 credit I have she told me who did I spoke with I told I don't remember the person but she told me whoever I spoke with will add the Akra on my order she said she can't do that I told her I will cancel the order if I don't get the $5 credit you owe me why would I lied over $5.I cancel the order I will never order with them again It is a shame but I'm...

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Clearly sent me the wrong order. I ordered griot and instead received a plate of bones and burnt/dried out looking meat. I asked to speak with the manager, and Rose the owner answered. The food looked so terrible, that I sent her a picture through text. She then says, “Oh, that’s turkey, and not griot and it looks like someone was eating it. She couldn’t even acknowledge that first off- she gave me the wrong order (no one in my house would eat anything that looked the way it did!). Then precedes to tell me their food doesn’t look like that. So sick and tired of these unprofessional Caribbean restaurants (especially Haitian restaurants), who have no clue as to what proper customer service is. Apologize, take accountability for your mistake, and then make the situation right! That’s it! It’s not that hard!
