I was searching for a phone repair place that would not cost me an arm and a leg. I needed my phone repaired and I had a really good idea it was the charging port. I called around a few places and I found this little place with good reviews charging half of what everyone else was charging. No deposit needed to order the part like EVERYONE else was! I was in contact with the shop by text message. This was so personable. I felt like it was taking my phone to a friend to fix it. The day I dropped it off the man knew exactly who I was. He actually remembered the texts from a few days back! He said he would start the repair right away and I should come back in about an hour. I came back in about 2 hours. My phone was fixed. So a few months back I paid the owner 80$ to repair 2 XR’s. It wasn’t any crazy repair either it was just the phone screen on both phones. He was really nice and repaired them within an hour. Today, I had a friend drop off the 2 exact same phones with the same issue and he charged her 120$… He even said he gave her a “discount”. I then called him to ask “hey why was it so much”? He told me “I would never do an XR for 40$”.I don’t have picture perfect memory but I promise you I never forget the price I pay for anything tech related, especially a repair.
