I visited this establishment due to an attractive Instagram post and was extremely disappointed in the service. We were approached by different women asking if we were ready to order (which made me feel rushed). We ordered our kids meals first which came out very fast and that was great. However, when I ordered for my husband and myself, my meal came out first. My husband's food was missing. Fifteen minutes goes by and I asked the woman if my husband's food is coming. She looked at me like a deer in headlights and had no answer. Meanwhile, people who arrived after us and ordered the same meal my husband ordered were getting served their's first. She said they were working on his meal, but we ended up asking to take it to go as me and my children had already finished eating. There were surrounding tables experiencing the exact same thing we did. My only compliment goes to the woman who took her time explaining the sauces with such enthusiasm. I knew I was in for something special when I stepped into Los Perros del Sobrino. Daniel and Andres, the owner, welcomed me warmly, instantly making me feel like part of the family. The atmosphere was bright, clean, and full of positive vibes.

I decided to try the Antioqueño Bowl, and wow! It was a flavorful masterpiece. The carne mechada was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy, while the chicharrones were crispy and delicious. Every bite was a delight, from the golden arepa to the savory chorizo, the green rice, the fried egg, and the beans made fresh with love. Everything in that bowl tasted authentic and well-prepared.

To top it off, I ordered a cold, refreshing passion fruit juice, which was the perfect complement to the hearty meal. It was both tangy and sweet—a true refresher.

The food never disappoints here, but its so unpleasant when the service doesnt match the food. One of the servers named Mariana was very unpleasent to deal with. To begin she does not smile, and she denied me from ordering something from the menu when we were still within the timeframe to do so, but the table across from me with 7 people who entered the establishment only a few minutes AFTER me and were served by Sara, AND THEY were given the priveledge of ordering what I was denied, they ordered three bowls, when I was denied the same service for just one(1) bowl. So unprofessional and it's sad because I come to this establishment frequently.The only person who apologized to me was the manager Sara, onbehalf of her unprefessional co-worker Mariana. I can't leave this without saying that Sara was very curteous and always had a smile. No excuses to treat customers so nasty. Customers keep your doors open....
