These folks are just great! I stopped in on very short notice, hoping to get my missus a little something special for her birthday. I was looking for something, not really sure of what I wanted to be honest here. They had a few freshly made arrangements in the case, but not what I really had in mind. They asked me some questions about what I was thinking about in an arrangement. They then asked me to wait a bit, in a short while they ladies had worked up a lovely gift for my missus! The best of the best!!!! My daughter and I went in on the Wednesday before her wedding because we had not been able to find flowers in the colors she wanted. We showed Michael the colors and flowers she had in mind. He said NO PROBLEM ! He sat down with us and we went over every detail. He said,” We can do this, No problem!” The day of the wedding when we received the flowers they were BEYOND what we imagined. The colors were perfect, my daughters bouquet was perfect, Dramatic, perfect pops of dark teal and burnt orange. The swag and smaller bouquets for the arch was the same. I left the company a voicemail regarding a special edit to the written card (a free addition!) that goes along with the flower arrangement we were sending and Mike called us back promptly and let us know he would absolutely make those changes for us (even after we had already submitted the order!). He then informed us about the flower arrangement we chose and which ones would be best to give, given the occasion and season.
