Waffle House — Restaurant in Marianna

Ordered our food the waitress brings out part of it with the bill at the same time and told us our waffle will be out in a minute and we finished our meals with out our waffle never checking to see if we needed anything or tea see came as we started getting up and asked if we wanted more tea . No were leaving by the way what happened to our waffle you said you were bringing"Oh I forgot I'll take them of the bill " but that's what we went there for she was very rude then went and told a couple coworkers and they all started laughing at us and she was the night Ast Manager as we walked out the door she was telling the 2 young guys her age and pointing at us they turned and looked at us I asked to see the manager and she got mad and walked away smarting off and the other employees laughed and I got a manager I will not go back to another waffle house I will go tell everyone I can about it. her name tag was turned around where you could not see it she is blond and young and I will call the cooperate office and report this I'm very mad my money don't come easy and I want what I want my money is as...

We have ate here before. There was 10 customers counting us. 5 people already had there food when we walked in. The service sucked today. Took about 10 minutes to get our drinks after we ordered them. We had to get up and get our own straws. Then all 3 drinks had stuff floating in them. The waiter said I think it's grits. We been having that problem. I had the hash browns all the way. I asked for them to cook the veggies and meat on the side while the hash browns where cooking. I told them the could burn the veggies. I just wanted to cook them well done. The plate came to the table about 20 minutes after ordering. My veggies never touched the grill. The were not cooked at all. I told the waiter "I'll eat this but this is not how I ordered my food. " He replied " I asked the cook about that. He said the grill was full and he could not cook them how I wanted them." Poor Management!I actually come here and eat alot because it's close to my house and don't feel like driving all the way out to the other location! They never greet me when I walk in! Like they never say Welcome to waffle House! Like tonight I go in to order something to go the workers looks right at me and turns her back then I stand there for 10 mins and she finally says did anybody help you? Like for real? Some of the workers are lazy and act like they don't even want to be bothered by you! They never answer the phone! I have went in several times and informed workers that the phone just keeps ringing all they say is oh it's missing! I mean who is running this business! Customers need to be able to call and place orders over the phone! Workers need to be trained better and learn better Customer Service! Definitely won't be my go to waffle...
