I have been shopping with Farmers Furniture since 2014 and they are the ones that helped me start building my credit. I have never had a problem with the staff which is always friendly or delivery. But my experience last April 2022 when i ordered 3 beds and 3 mattress sets, this experience was far from worse. Okay financing and everything went smoothly until delivery day. They had two guys that came to put three beds together that didn't have a clue to what they were doing. I had 2 trundle beds for my kids and they both started falling apart slowly and my platform bed was built together where it was leaning on the left side and a broken box spring. I called and complained, sent pictures, and had them come out to look at the disaster. Nothing for months just a whole bunch of runaround. So, finally in September they had another person that was in management and he came out and looked at my beds and realized my beds were no good and i need new trundles because if i took them apart i couldn't put them back together. And ordered me 2 new trundle beds, but never had them delivered. So lets fast forward to January, I went to the store and spoke to the new manager of the store her name is Alaina and she took her time to listen to me and my complaints and she explained to me that she was here to help me and make everything right. Her new delivery team came out and put together all three new beds for me and my kids. She is very understanding and shows compassion. She really turned my experience for almost a year from lemons to lemonade. I am so happy i gave her a chance and that the store has new management with someone that cares for her customers and treats them like family. She called us Wednesday saying they will delivered our furniture we had from them and take back the old table they had given us ( which it was broken and they still gave it to us. Wouldn't order us a new one and was fighting with us about it.) The deliver guys who had delivered it to us even stated to her it was broken and she wouldn't take our word for it until they said it. Back to the story she told us she was going deliver it to us on Thursday even called us on her personal cell phone. So we waited and waited and it was getting late so we decided to give them a call and asked whats going on. Read moreI’ve never heard of farmers furniture until I was talked into purchasing a heat and cool unit for a guy that said he would make the payments on, because he had bad history with Farmers furniture. That was a lie, and he never made a single payment, kept the heat and cool unit in his house, and farmer’s furniture would not do anything about it. I even offered to bring the 1,800 dollar ac unit back after getting police involved, but no, they wouldn’t accept returns.
