I was excited to find a Sonic on our long trip home after spending Thanksgiving with family. Our pups were with us so fast food was the best option. We are from the Midwest and sound like we are from the Midwest. We ordered two number 9's with fries, one with lemonade and one with water. They brought two different chicken sandwiches, one of which was cold with one cold fry to match and two lemonades. Also ordered a foot long coney, loaded, no bun, extra dog and a fork. They gave us one dog loaded with a bunch and no fork. I cannot eat the bun. Went to door and asked for a fork. The attendant then confessed that he could not understand what we were saying. Really? I'm supposed to know that you did not understand what we were saying? Dug into the chili dog, wrapped it up, drove across the street to McDonald's and threw out the whole Sonic meal. It has been many years since being to a Sonic's, but I remember them being delicious. Not the case now. What happened to their quality with food...

I simply ordered a medium strawberry slushy with nerds and When I opened it, it was Ice swatter It had no syrup in it whatsoever. So I called and the girl the girl comes back out and gets it ask if I drink out of it? I said no I did not. I look at it looks like ice. She said oh it’s the mixes at the bottom so she took it and then she brought it back to me .. still the same .. She only mixed it around, but I’m telling you it’s ice water the worst by worst. Read moreBy far one of my worst experiences at any fast food restaurant. I ordered my food which came out in less than 5 minutes. Cold fries, cold tots, cold pickle fries, and burnt corn dog. General Manager Josie was rude showed no concern for my experience. When explaining my experience through the drive thru as well as on the phone with her employees. She showed no remorse or try to pacify the situation. She was very hostile yelling and screaming in the phone. Because she didn’t like the fact that I told her first of all when explained my experience. I have pictures of the burnt food and will continue to write, call until I can speak to someone who can justify the situation. I need this situation to be made right a simple refund does not make this type of unsatisfactory and down right rude experience any better. She needs to be held responsible for her actions and does not need to be the manager. The manager is a suppose to lead her team and this was the by the worst example...
