Western Auto — Local services in Marianna

Had a warranty issue with a Remington electric chainsaw. To make a long story short, lady at the counter said warranty was refused. I called Remington they are sending new chainsaw. Went back to pick up broken one, Western Auto kept $30 deposit and I received my broken chainsaw back in pieces in a box. Asked counter lady why Remington refused, she said she did not know and she became extremely unpleasant with me. I said you have some attitude, and told her she just lost any future business....

Bought a zero turn from them 8 months ago and drove 50 miles to have it worked on because it would not run right. Told them it was the fuel pump and they said it was trash in the carb.Picked back up and was running the same so I replaced the fuel pump and now it runs great. Called to ask them if them would send me another one and they said no so I said not a problem. I will never buy anything else there again and there service...
