Not at all pleased with this business. I needed my bank cards forwarded to me about 2 hours from the UPS Store. My Debit Card was charged on 01/15/2025. So, i took it from 2 stars down to 1, soon to be zero after that incomplete yesterday in the preceeding statements. I called on the 22nd many times, zero answer and this is not the first time I experienced this issue since I paid for my Box. I was told as they took my Debit Card info they managed to charge with on the 15th early afternoon: "I don't know that we can get that shipped by the UPS deadline today, so it will go out tomorrow". It's the 23rd, I'm stranded in freezing weather, no way to buy any gas, propane, nothing at all, at the cruel mercy of a UPS Store incapable of getting my my credit and debit cards that were sent from my bank in Utah, so I have a choice to cancel those cards and wait for the US mail which will be dependable but Banks across the country take up to 10 more days. Why can't you answer a single phone call to give me a tracking number? I'm a senior citizen who is disabled freezing to death slowly, and they have no care for an existing customers, only help those who walk into...
Read more10 months after my previous review, there is major changes here! The store is staffed, the staff are very curtious. I have been in to the store several times over the past month.I much prefer this over the USPS. Clearly someone has made adjustments and for the better.
(Note this is my previous review...UPS should consider breaking ties with this independently own store. There is clearly a serious staffing problem here, hanging a sign on the front door stating that the store would be closed Saturdays until further notice due to inadequate staffing leaves little doubt. When they are open, the wait to get help is often ridiculous as well ! Twice in one week I had to leave before being able to ship my parcels (UPS pre-printed return labels) I wish there was an alternate to this...
Read moreI sent an overnight guarantee next day delivery and it cost me $35.69 and the manager gladly took my money. However, when it wasn't delivered and I requested a refund it has been nothing but a horrible experience. The manager refuses to give me a refund and has lied and made up excuses to avoid doing so. She made up some story that ups was causing the problem but when I talked to them they said she never contacted them for a refund. Besides lieing and ripping me off she was rude and unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this store. They will gladly take your money but don't count on...
