THE WORST PROJECT, QUALITY POOR, CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We found this company online based on positive reviews. The owner claimed to do this for 30+ years and do projects for many homes in our neighborhood and appeared competent. Fast forward 2 months later we have a poorly built structure in our backyard that we are now having to pay another contractor to fix. From the beginning Ron and his team botched our outdoor kitchen which cost us upwards of 15k+. So beware if thinking of using this company for ANYTHING. They are dishonest and blame others for their mistakes, don't share with you any issues that occur during project building (i.e. hired labor taking off and not completing the project). Global Granite (the company Casual Image staff recommended) blamed Casual Image for all mistakes and noted that they installed granite per request of owner/contractor even though they knew project would fail and grouting that was supposed to be there wasn't there. I can't think of a more poor business tactic. I am not sure how they have stayed in business. We now have water leaking and accumulating under our structure as the outdoor kitchen was not sealed properly and granite was just haphazardly placed on top of the brick structure. We were told the only solution offered to us would be a green egg hood which shockingly didn't work. Also they broke our umbrella and pieces of the green egg and hid them under the structure instead of being forthcoming and admitting the mistake and offering to replace broken pieces. This place is a sham. DISHONEST. POOR BUILDING STRUCTURE. AWFUL SERVICE....

My wife and I made our first investment in Casual Image furniture in 2011 when we moved from Atlanta to the Caribbean. I call it an investment, not just a purchase, because of the superior quality of all the pieces we acquired. We outfitted the outdoor deck of our condo in Trinidad with a love seat, chairs and a table.

For 3 years the furniture withstood the hot sun, tropical rains, and ever present trade winds. And now that we’re back home, we still enjoy all those pieces today on our back deck in Marietta!

Since then we’ve outfitted an entire front porch, and a second ground floor deck - all with tasteful, comfortable furnishings from Casual Image.

The store has been owned and operated by the Skeean family since since 1987. Which says a lot. Karen helped us with our most recent purchases and was terrific . Extremely knowledgable and professional. And patient too (!), as my wife and I engaged in a spirited tug of war over fabric colors and textures. Quite a feat!

I walked in there last year with the sole intention of buying a Traeger grill. The salesperson talked me out of it and assured me that they weren't worth the money. He suggested that I buy a Green Mountain Grill instead. The thing didn't work out of the box. COMPLETE LEMON!!! It beeps when it has plenty of wood, won t get hot, and won't give an accurate temperature most of the time. The next week we went back, and the guy wasn't there, but the others told me that they didn't give refunds. I contacted Green Mountain, and they were just as useless. Every time I look at this $1000 piece of #$%$ I get mad. I wouldn't recommend even stopping into this store. Go buy stuff from Lowes or The Home Depot. Their #$%$ comes from China, too.
