Horrible and terrible place. Zero stars. Don't go there and give them your money. Spend them else where. Workers are rude and a bunch of scumbags that hate their life and would bite you right in your face. There's a strict no backpack allowed in the store. I drove 30 mins there and my purse IS my backpack and I wasn't aware of that since I haven't been there for a month or so and I've been spending at least $300+ every visit since they had opened ... anyways I just got to say I'm a mom so I carry a backpack bc my baby and my life's in there. So if you do end up going there with a backpack be ready for people to literally breath down your neck bc they let you know they're there to keep an eye on you hovering at you like a carpenter bee. One other thing I experienced that visit was in the fresh seafood area they're triple the HORRIBLENESS I have never seen/experience such terrible store workers. Workers won't let you choose/touch anything that you want to buy. No one want's to spend money on old items that you're trying to get rid of quickly. Don't have a open area if you just want to pick old pieces for your customers and make sure that we the customers don't know what we're getting at the end of the day. We are giving you money for those items so let us choose. I would not be going back there. They'll get what they deserve in the end. Almost forgot to mention that they take an amazing length of long just to cut a few fishes and their cutters are very unprofessional in both ways knowledge of cutting and rude/bad customers service. So there's a number of ways to cut it the way you want it, when you choose a number they'll tell you no they won't do that one and try convince you to go with the one they want to cut it. No respect for...
Read moreMy husband and myself when to the market to buy stuff we needed to make dinner. We were waiting in the meat department to get some meat when and older gentleman was helping a customer an he was not able to understand the customer due to not able to speak or understand the English language. Another gentleman was translating but the hunger gentleman kept on saying he was on break so the older gentleman went to look for someone else to translate due to the other person kept on telling the older gentleman he was on break. The man that stayed in the meat department called the owner the owner went an look for the older man an In front of the customers the owner started yelling to the older man due to what the other person was stating that he did not wanting to do his job.
The seen was so un-necessary from the owner if he is so about customer service you should of taken your employee and discuss the situation with him in the office and not make a seen. And take both parties side of the story. I’m a business owner and you don’t talk to employees like that regardless of age gender or race. Please keep it professional and keep the drama in the office not in front of the customers idk what he try to proved only proved he’s as hole and type of respect for...
Read moreI love shopping here at city farmers market the prices are to die for very reasonable prices on fresh produce and international products Kroger and Publix cannot beat these affordable prices. The customer service here is very good and the employees care a lot about the customers needs and concerns. Even with this epidemic going on they are still giving out the best customer service. The only bad experience I've had thus far is one early afternoon I was cashing out and I heard this tall man i'm assuming (west African)based off of his accent, and he kept screaming at all the employees at customer service and I feel like it's very disrespectful and very unprofessional towards people trying to offer adequate help but besides that i love this place will...
