Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marietta

I would like my review to be professional, but given the state of this place.....I have been going to this location my whole life and I have hoped the new makeover would improve all aspects. You can put fresh paint on a trailer, but..... So I use the app to place a mobile order because I am admittedly picky and want my order to be precise. I pull up, get my drinks, and am asked to pull into a parking space due to lack of employees and they don't want the line to get long. Something I won't do again. After 20 minutes of waiting and other drivers that were behind me getting their orders I am informed that the computer says my order wasn't made because it wasn't paid for. HOW WAS IT IN THEIR SYSTEM IF IT WASN"T PAID FOR?!?! That is impossible. So now I have to go inside, where there are 4 others impatiently waiting. I get handed a bag which isn't even close to my order. Suddenly my order can't be found so we break out a pen and paper to write it down. Really?!?! After another customer, who was already eating, got his order made and called for a second time it was clear this wasn't going anywhere. Finally I was presented with my order. Wednesday, July 12th at 11:45 PM. I drive by hoping to get some Taco Bell for a good, cheap eat close to home. I drive by and all the lights are turned off. Even their "drive thru open" sign is turned off. It was very strange because I come here once every now and then at this same time, sometimes even later, and the building never is as dark as it was tonight. As I pull around, I see one employee wandering around outside and 2 or 3 employees sitting in the dark dining room, all using their cell phones and hanging out. It is clear they closed everything early and are pretending to be closed. I give the store a few calls and no answer. This was very strange. They are supposed to close at 1 tonight and everyone is sitting around acting like they're closed over an hour early. I will be giving the manager a call in the morning and if I can't get anything through to them, I will be contacting corporate. This is pure laziness. I work in the food industry just like these guys and I know the struggle of dealing with customers and working long hours, but this crosses the line. I am insulted by...

This location is by far the worst taco bell I've ever been to! Please do not EAT here! This location is near my job and EVERY TIME I visit I have a bad experience. I have even called corporate due to bad bahviors and practices. I bought my mother to this location after leaving work and she rushed my mother through her entire order and hardly even gave her a chance to speak! I was blown away by how rude and unprofessional she was. And she had the audacity to get an attitude with me after I told her to slow down. She gave me the wrong change back, and once we actually got home and started eating we found hair in our food! I feel like this was done purposely!

I've been given the wrong order several times. I've been given burnt food! The very last time i went i was sick for two days! I have given this location several chances but don't waste your time or money.
