ALDI — Local services in Marietta

You can't beat Aldi for good deals on staples, plus a selection of special items to tempt you from time to time. This is an excellent location with a generally very helpful and friendly staff. It's a clockwise-format store which I possibly incorrectly correlate with older locations, but at some point in its history I believe it received a layout upgrade.

The Kennesaw location seems to have a bit more variety - particularly in the cold/freezer and Aldi-finds "Special Items" section - but due to location and convenience I happily visit this store about 80% of the time.

General Aldi feedback - items are private brands and the quality tends to be very good to excellent - as always, there are exceptions, but in time you learn what you like and what you don't. Produce quality varies seasonally, as you might expect. Prices for dairy, meat, and eggs are typically MUCH lower than traditional supermarkets.

Particuarly notable is that despite the price inflation (and package deflation) seen in many grocery stores over the last couple of years, Aldi has done a really great job keeping prices comparatively low.

I trialed Lidl for a while and while I like some of their items, I found that overall it tended to be considerably more expensive for "general" food shopping. I like to go to Lidl from time to time to get special sale and international items, but they tend to come and go quickly. In contrast, Aldi has consistent stock of many staple items that makes is a reliable shopping destination for me.

I love Aldi’s and will continue to shop at Aldi’s, but definitely not at this location. The new cashier is so rude, honestly doesn’t even seem like she’s sober. Seemed irritated that I was paying in cash, and when I told her to have a good day and thank you, she just stared at me with this extremely irritated look and didn’t say anything back. Not only that, but the outside and inside of this location is just messy and dirty looking compared to other great locations. The food quality is also not up to par with other locations, the food here is just not as fresh compared to Aldi’s usual standard. Will not be...

I LOVE ALDI! I shop for food primarily at this Aldi. It's very convenient for me because I can walk to the store from my house. The store's staff members are friendly and do good work. The store also continuously has a good selection of goods. Some of its products that imitate well-known brands are not always up to par, but they're always cheaper so it's not a great loss of money. Plus, Aldi sells special goods from Europe that are rather good and which can't be found in other stores. Aldi is great when you're on a tight budget. College students...
