Customer service is horrible. Sister bought a dining set on Fathers Day. Picked up today 6/26/2020. Product is still in original packaging in truck never open. Once arrived at location measured space and the table dimension does not fit the space. Contacted store in regards. I was not even given the chance to speak before gentlemen advising to be the manager, Juanocho kept over talking me. He just kept stating there is no returns everytime I would attempt to speak or say anything. Which there was nothing that advised this listed anywhere. Finally I was able to asked when did this become a policy he advised because of COVID-19 they had decided to not return anything. I then ask is this listed so that clients are made aware. He then continued to advise we do return anything. Its a dining table never open still in package as you can see in photos provided. He continued to rant and get louder. i requested contact with the owner of business to discuss concern with someone not abrasive in tone and I was advised there is no contact for them at all.
