I have never experienced such horrible customer service at this location or any other metro store location before. I have been having trouble making a payment online since last night so I went into the store. I advised the young lady that I needed to make a payment and showed her the message on my phone. Mind you she never got my account information. First thing out her mouth when I showed her the message was oh are you on auto pay because if you are and there has been multiple attempts than you are blacklisted. I was like huh I never heard of that so I asked how long and what are my payment options. Oh I don’t know but for now on you have to make a payment in store. There is a $5 fee I said well I’m not paying that and This makes no sense. So I asked her if she could Call customer care for me she said No we can’t. I said that’s not true yall always can make a call To customer care (I’ve had this done before in the past). She said no she can’t. I asked for a manager she said he will be back in the morning. There was another gentleman in there and she said oh he can’t help you either because he is in training and he will tell you the same thing/m. First off Ms. rudeness you never looked into my account your speculating and you never helped me with anything. If you don’t want your job or want to be at work do everyone a favor and leave. This girl Arianna or whomever she is, is VERY Rude! She lacks customer service and she seems to only cater to her “kind”. She called the manager while I was there and I heard some of the conversation because yes I got rude back with her; I tried to keep my composure yall; but she told the manager Oh she is Black! So, since I’m not Hispanic I guess I can’t get nice treatment. This girl was on one since I came into the store. I felt her bad energy and really didn’t want to deal with her because I felt the negativity. So, I wasted time and gas and went to another location and had no issues she even called customer care do me. Customer care said they don’t have a such thing as a black list and that my account was fine and I can make payments as normal online. He also filed a complaint. So there was a customer coming out when i was coming in when i walk in there was no one waiting i want to buy a new service for my mother in law when i walk to lady for ask she told me rudely you need to wait i am not finished yet respectly i was waiting near counter the same customer came back and the young women start assisting her again customer was on loud speaker talk with metro customer service representative the agent told me sit because customer was taking some private information on phone so i don’t listen and respectfully i say ok and i sit on chair first thing it’s a small place while sitting on chair i can easily listen the private information because customer was on loudspeaker even though i was having my headphone on my right ear. It is a public place and i was a client i can walk i can stand i can take a look at anything so what was the point of privacy. If someone getting private information it should not be on loudspeaker in public place where everyone can listen while sitting there the other customer was undecided if they gonna buy new phone or not so they call there family so she can decide what she want in i mean time while sitting on chair women ask what you want i say sim card after 4 min she say $10 for sim card i say what is your cheapest plan she get rude and ask me you need sim or package i say package she got mad and she start talking rudely it is a different thing and it i will cost $90 i told her i don’t care how much it is i will pay with rudely she told me i am not finished yet with other customer. Read moreThe employee was a little helpful not much I went in to switch my service over and i had to do most of the work myself had to get the pin myself had to get the account number myself and my phone still wasn't working when I left the store also when I call MetroPCS to get my phone to work.
