This location just doesn’t get it. I mean if your goal is to attract and maintain customers that couldn’t care less. I’m willing to bet you’ll be great at that. But you’ve lost my business because u can’t seem to understand that time is money. So yes, I’m happy to to spend $50 on food. No problem. But the 45 minutes I had to sit in your restaurant waiting for it turned that $50 meal in to a meal that just wasn’t worth it because of the value of my time.
I ordered 12 buffalo shrimp a cheeseburger and fries and paid almost $50. And paying $2.25 for a fountain drink is just comedy. But still, none of that overpriced low quality food is the issue. It’s the 45 minutes I sat in your restaurant waiting for it. That is where u lost me. No appreciation for my time. U guys really just don’t know what you’re doing in there. But you’re in the right place to sell low quality food for too much money to customers that might not care. Right next to a Walmart. And that’s exactly what your restaurant is, an over priced Walmart for below average food.
And I’m sure you’ll serve great fried food, but if u have any class, this review will bother u to the point of serious change. Because it’s not a matter of price and low quality food. That’s what u are. It’s the fact that I had to sit in that joint for 45 minutes waiting for it that tells me that u don’t want and/or appreciate my business and u all have no idea what you’re doing.
So make some serious changes or settle with all that u are and nothing more. I’m disappointed that this is who u are. When I saw u all opening in my neighborhood, I was excited. Turns out that there’s nothing to it though. Just another hole in the wall food joint ruining the historic...

My following visits were another story. I placed an order along with my sister at the same time and ended up waiting 30 mins for the SAME exact order. Despite the long wait, I remained patient. When I finally got my order, the wings were super hard. I'm not sure if she's the owner or manager but it was an older light skin lady who was in charge. When my order was brought out, she didn't even apologize or show any type of empathy for the long wait. She simply said "They must've gave your order to someone else" like excuse me? Due to the wings being so hard, I decided to thug it out and figured adding more sauce would help. I went to ask for another ranch and the same lady told me "It's .80 for an additional sauce" with a smile on her face. Mam, I just waited 30 mins for a 10 piece and you're trying to charge me for a petty sauce? I proceed to tell her I only had a card, she says "Okay that's fine, we can ring it up". I wanted to go in on her but figured it wasn't worth my time. I've worked in Customer Service for a decade and know when you mess up, you try to make the customer happy and show you care. I wanted to order a drink but every time I visited, there was never any orange juice which doesn't make sense since they're located right NEXT TO WALMART. I'm all for supporting Black business but this location has...
Read moreFirst I'm going say, I will go back another time. They are fairly new, but no excuse for bad/poor service. Especially when they charge an automatic 8% gratuity. How the heck can you do that with sluggish service? I sat in and ordered a cocktail and food. Mind you, I had to walk up to counter to order as I waited for staff to come greet me for about 3-5 minutes at my table. Then had to walk back up to the counter to get my drink... My food was brought out in a Togo box, but I was clearly dining in. The female that helped me seemed IDK but only heard her voice 1 time and that was when I ordered my cocktail. When she put my box of food on the table, she just walked away, WTH... Without asking me if I needed anything else. So again, I had yell across room for sauce and had to go get it from counter. 8% automotive gratuity?? This explains why, because if hadn't been for that auto 8%, this server would not have gotten that much.. Either the cashier was tiered or hate her job or she owns the joint and need help with scaling and customer service. I always tip and tip well because I'm a server and we need our tips but this joker needs customer service training. I will give them another try once they iron out a few more wrinkles. Attn Owner: watch your camera and see where you can improve the experience in your restaurant. On a good note, they...
