We came in for dinner and ordered a mega special for dining in. The food came to the table in such a quick time...less than time minutes from the time we placed the order. I was quite surprised especially as many of the previous reviews stated that the service was super slow. Well, the wings were cold and had obviously been cooked long before we arrived. The flavors were added to the less than freshly cooked wings and served to us. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that no one was available. I stated to the person at the counter that the wings were cold and far from fresh. He asked if I was sure they were cold and I confirmed. About twenty minutes after I spoke with the person at the counter, he came over to our table to ask if we'd like to have him heat up the wings in the oven. REALLY? This was the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. No one expressed concern that we were having a poor dining experience. It was very disappointing. I will NEVER return to this establishment and I will certainly share my experience with everyone with whom I get a chance. Additionally, I believe that my son got food poisoning from the wings. He had severe abdominal pain within an hour of finishing the meal there. Please note that I will follow-up with the health department to express my concerns over the length of time already cooked food products are left out to be served...
Read moreI have been going to this wing spot since i was in high school (2002 or 2003). I grew up on Terrell Mill road and even had friends that worked at this wing spot. We went there for sleepovers, parties, after games, or hell if we had nothing else to do. So naturally this is still the first place i think of if i want to order wings. Yesterday I placed a order for 70 wings to be delivered to my job for a surprise birthday for a coworker. I was told that i would be charged 50 cent for each flavor, all i wanted was 3 flavors. Now i know this might seem small but who the hell orders 70 wings of the same flavor? I was told by 2 employees that the owner is the one who implemented this new rule and there was nothing to do about it. That any order of wings 100 or less is one flavor and that you will be charged extra per flavor. Again I ask who the hell order that many wings with one flavor? When i say this is coming out of the TIP, I mean it. To be this petty is ridiculous. I will never order or refer anyone here again. GO TO WING CITY INSTEAD ON WINDY HILL ROAD BY THE CITGO GAS STATION AND LIQUOR STORE. They deliver, have a rewards points system to get free items after so many visits, and he makes his own sauces...
Read moreFirst time. Will be the last time. Ordered boneless wings via Uber delivery but received bone-in. That in itself wouldn’t be a dealbreaker. One would expect that informing the restaurant and affording them the opportunity to make it right would result in a quick resolution. As it happens to be, the person I spoke with who identified himself as Carlos (with an Indian accent), did not seem to care. He showed no interest and offered on apology or resolution. Instead he said sometimes this happens. When I asked him how we can get the correct order, he said to bring the bone-in wings back and exchange them for the boneless that we originally ordered. I asked if he can deliver instead as this was a delivery order, to which he said they don’t deliver at night. That is understandable so I proposed he can deliver to me tomorrow to make it right. To my surprise, he said they don’t deliver at all. I was extremely disappointed to hear him lie because the flyer they sent, which is attached in the photos with this review, has large block font stating WE DELIVER. I am exercising my choice to inform the community and speaking with my wallet. As I said at the beginning. This was the first...
