I’m absolutely just as disgusted in the service I received from the workers AND manager as I was in my FOOD. I was inconvenienced TWO days in a row with ROCK HARD bread that I did NOT get toasted. I tipped the worker and requested for no receipt. I pulled off and took a bite of my sandwich immediately biting into the hardened bread. I call them and let them know I can not turn around or come back. The manager gives me a call, he was EXTREMELY RUDE. He requested for me to bring the sandwich back. Which is an inconvenience for me to keep these sandwiches in my car and tote them around JUST TO BE THROWN AWAY UPON ARRIVAL. I go to that subway all the time and always tip. Although never getting the greatest of service. Asking for everyone’s name I spoke with. NO ONE would give me their name. The manager cut me off and was as rude as they get. I would like corporate to handle this situation accordingly. This is not how you treat RETURNING guest. I’m disgusted in the behavior that was given to me along with the animal like treatment and attitude. I understand that things like this can happen in food service and I wanted the sandwich so I decided to wait. The two employees working the sandwich counter and register apologized and showed they were truly concerned that I had to wait that long and offered me a free drink or a dollar off my sandwich. This simple little gesture turned my disappointment right around and I was happy leaving this Subway and I will return again. This is how you handle a situation when something goes wrong for a customer in any business. Read moreThis is my second time at this location and I am digusted again. Liz waited on me again and I had to tell her to change her gloves again. This time while waiting on my sandwich to toast,she decided to scrap off bread crumbs from the counter and throw away trash. With those same gloves she attempted to get my sandwich out the taoster and add the condiments until I asked her to change my gloves. Then to top it all off, after wrapping my sandwich I wanted cookies; with mayo on her gloves she reached in and got my cookies(didnt bother to use the tongs). So I complained to the manager Elia White who was there the whole time,she had no remorse. The manager pointed to their 96 store score and said "we dont cross contaminate" after she shut her flap and understood what happened.
