This store has poor management. My thin cheep bag handle broke in the parking lot as I was loading my milk in the back of my vehicle, so my milk busted. I quickly grabbed other bags to double bag the leaking milk. I hated that I had to walk back into the commissary but I went straight to the customer service desk and quickly explained that I have milk that busted in the parking lot and was leaking everywhere. A simple exchange and obvious problem was delivered to two women that just sat behind the glass. Both ladies named Ramona and Mrs Lordas behind the glass had me to repeat myself 5 times!! Bag still leaking milk all over the floor and my shoes. They finally came around and out from behind the glass only to stand there and asked again how did the bag break? Who bagged your groceries because they’re going to pay for it. Then went on to say to the bagger that it’s policy that he pays for my item. I feel that these two ladies need to be retrained on what Customer Service is. Safety should have came first by getting the leaking milk out of my hand and into trash. Second step making sure I received a fresh new gallon of milk rather correcting the bagger in front of the store where all customers could hear as well as staff. I left both ladies at the front of the store being unprofessional to go get another gallon of milk. It’s sad that this is management. I got back in line and paid for another gallon of milk. A young bagger named Hannah was the only one that said so sorry and made sure my new milk was double bagged. I left a message at the commissary but nothing will be done. Retraining should be done immediately for these ladies on how to handle Customer Service if they are going to hold that seat and get paid to serve our serve members and their family. No customer or staff deserved the way they handled a...
Read moreGood selection of products.Basically all you need for basic grocery. But you gotta be extremely careful and check things out.Meats often smell.Fruits are almost always rotten. And yesterday I noticed a lot of mold in the fridge (Shelfs) where they store dairy products.Employes are very friendly but from my own experience it's kinda stressful.I like to bag my own stuff When I already pay 200+$ for my groceries I will rather safe those $10 to tip a bagger so I will do it myself also because I like to do it.I always shop with my babies so I also know how to bag my stuff so I dont have thousands of bags and 3 items in it.And my kids still fit in my cart when done shopping. Some Cashiers seems like they don't like it so they will give you weird looks and out of nowhere the bagger will show up and start helping even if you don't ask for it and you perfectly fine.I got it they want to get people out of there so someone else can tip the baggers I guess. But no when mother comes shopping there with children and they just stress tf out of you. What is this Olympics?I come there minimum 2 times a week because the food doesn't last long and I'm ok with it but If I have to use baggers every time that would be $50 a week. And hell nah because of some rude individuals I'm not gonna start shoping off base.Husband in service 24 years and as any military spouse We deserve to be treated nicely and with patience.Military spouse life already stressful so they need to leave the people tf alone to do...
Read moreI haven’t had too much of a bad experience while shopping here. Usually when I need something, it’s always there, however, there’s been a few times where they’ve been empty and I’ll come back every week and still won’t be in. Also, sometimes when I shop, some shelves have holes of no product and I’m not sure if the employee didn’t order enough. If you use WIC, there isn’t a large variety of juice or cereal that you can get here and often times I go to Ralph’s or Albertsons to get a better variety. Also, I’ve had a few times where the customer behind me was impatient and said something to the cashier, but I guess that’s anywhere you go. Bathrooms are usually kept clean. I know for a couple months the woman’s bathroom sinks aren’t working and need to be fixed. Cashiers seem to be friendly, however at times the courtesy clerk/box boy doesn’t seem welcoming. The gentleman who bagged my groceries this week, seemed like he needed to be somewhere and when I mentioned to him thank you, he was quiet and walked away. All in all, this is a somewhat good place to shop and is a large grocery store with a lot of variety. Also, if you like sushi, there’s people who appear to make rolls all day, so you can guarantee freshness. Another thing is the prices are great! I can usually fill a shopping cart for around $150, but if I went to Albertsons, it would normally cost $300 or more without...
