First i would like to say when i first went to this location it was amazing and the staff was welcoming and the manager that was there was truly about costumer satisfaction which i wish she was still there, but nice things don’t last forever. My best experience was during the years of 2008-2013. Fast forward to now 2025, my first encounter with the horrible staff there now was on the phone, finding out she is one of the managers there currently, i was had called to ask about the Pokemon 151release and her response was like i was bothering her and don’t come because you are not going to get anything. My most recent experience again was with this sad individual with the release drop of the prismatic evolution. I was waiting patiently in line and of course had a chair for the hours of waiting, but she looked over and without hesitation says you need to move down. I looked and at my spot where my chair was and was speechless, are you serious my chair is not in the way and why do you have an attitude already???i replied with my bad for sure I’ll move it. There was no it’s cool or no worries or first off how about a good morning! Pretty her attitude pretty much reflects on her fellow employees. All of them have this attitude like why are you working here! You do realize you have the privilege of working on base to service these awesome military service members/retirees/and dependents! You should not work on base if you can’t respect these individuals or at least give the most amazing costumer service possible. I am shocked on how this place is being ran by this awful crew. You all should be re-evaluated on working at this location. To add more to this experience they purposely did not post anything on the door with like other GameStop establishments how many items they will have so people are not wasting their valuable time or information on what is required in order to purchase anything there. There was two gentlemen who were behind me since 3 am who did not get to purchase anything due to only having Dbid cards which is understandable but post something so again people are not wasting their valuable time!!! Please someone from MCCSCP, see this post and do something about this staff, they need to learn a lot about costumer service which is the basic stepping block of retail regardless of how early it is or how many people are waiting in line. Read moreI only put a two star rating because I purchased a console here a week back and went to play it and the disc drive was broken, no problem just an error I'll take it on and whatever, the staff was nice and very helpful; however, upon receiving the replacement Xbox I have come to find out the fan does not function and the disc drive doesn't work! Read moreThis is one of the busiest GameStop stores I have ever been to. The customer service is by far one of the best I have ever dealt with. Both main floor managers are always eager to help and provide the best they can. The store is a little dirty do to the amount of customers that frequent at this store but it is well worth the assistance one will receive.
