So this Panera itself is decent, although the last two times visiting there were mistakes to me orders. My complaints however aren’t the order mistakes, mistakes happen and with the plexiglass in between the cashier and customer it can become rather difficult to hear at times. My complaint is with management the last time I tried to resolve the issue. I had already made it home by the time I notice the mistake, so I called up to Panera Bread to speak to management, it was a rather expensive order so I felt it fair to call and remedy the situation. First thing the manager said was that they couldn’t find my order, I made two separate orders and ironically the one that wasn’t showing happen to be the one with the mistake, however I still had my receipt. Next the manager said was the cashier repeated the order to me and I confirmed, that was besides the point because obviously there was a miscommunication between both of us and part of the order was wrong, plus having dealt with other restaurants in the past I’ve never been questioned about a mistake, to mention what I wanted was cheaper than what I got. Next was that I could tell over the phone that the manager that day was reluctant to remedy the situation, but ended up offering to give me half of what I should have gotten instead just offering me a whole of what I should have received on my next visit. Let’s just say I’ve been to this restaurant 3x in one week spending about $40 each visit, they just lost a customer. I’ll just buy the soup from the store next time since it’s cheaper and I can bypass the inexcusable...
Read moreFood is good, as usual for Panera Bread. This location, however, has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered at Panera in over 15 years dining with them. Called to ask what time they closed and some guy answered with just, “Hello,” in a rude tone. I asked if it was Panera Bread...”Yeah.” Then I asked what time they closed and got another one word answer. Ate in the restaurant the night before and had a very similar experience with staff when asking questions. As if we were such a huge inconvenience to ask questions. I hope that managers or trainers will see this and train employees with better customer service skills...especially since this is located on a military...
Read moreService was good - they have Gluten Free items which is nice. Soup was overly sweet but I was hungry. Salad was good would definitely order that again. Reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the whole time I was eating I could hear the counter staff complaining and talking badly about another employee (Alicia) who had to call out of her assigned shift. Alicia, if you're reading this RUN don't walk to another employer. Girl they talked about you so badly that I almost stepped in and let them know that their conversation was not appropriate for customers to be privy to. Anyways, food was good, a bit pricey, but worth it. Please train your staff on what is and isn't appropriate counter...
