Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Marinette

Don't order online!!!! I was busy at work so ordered and got the confirmation email saying I would have in 45 minutes. Hour and 10 go by I call. Guy says he has no order for me after I wait on phone for 6 minutes, so I said my card was charged so either you cancel that or I want my order now. So he asks what I want and than tells me I would have to wait another 45 minutes!!! But funny thing is.. he never asked where the sub was getting delivered 🤔 weird!!! I told him to cancel it and I better see my money go back on my card! Bad business right...

We got the Philly cheese steak and literally paid $17 4:15 in and I'm not kidding it it was like zero meat on it it was the weakest disappointment of a sandwich I've ever looked at. I ordered a shake it was spilling all over the place the girls were nice behind the counter but I mean the sandwich was just pathetic it was the worst. I almost wanted to bring it back and tell them to give him my money back because it look like a second grader made it with the littlest amount of meat you could find. I will never ever ever...

So, I ordered a veg sub. Was supposed to have "everything" on it. I get back to the hotel to unwrap the goodness. Well was I suprised!! Absolutely no sauce- not even mayo!! No cheese (was supposed to have provolone) and dry as all heck. There was no one else in the store and two people making two subs and they couldn't get it right. I love paying nearly 7 dollars for a sub with onion, lettuce,spinach and tomatoes, pickles on some dry bread. Thanks. Won't be going back here. Better...
