I purchased Klipsch Nines from Ron back in late spring. Originally I wanted to get Sevens, but it was difficult to find them at the time. Ron went above and beyond keeping me posted on his efforts and eventually he offered an unbeatable deal on the larger speaker. I'm really glad I got the big boys. Things turned out perfectly after a couple more additions. I built a ROCK NUC for my Roon library that goes to my newest addition an Eversolo DMP-A6 Master Edition. I'm really happy with the way the system sounds. Wide and I mean wide soundstage. I hear sounds well to the sides of the speaker location. It's a cool effect and isn't something I've experienced before. There's plenty of deep bass but I might add a sub later because tinkering with my sound systems is a never ending thing. Ron gave such fantastic customer service he even shipped me a Klipsch Sixes tweeter for free! I was just talking to him about an issue I was having with one of my speakers and he gave me the hardware and knowledge to fix the problem. I didn't ask him for it. He just did it because of the great person he is! I highly recommend The Sound Sellers. I knew nothing about this seller when I found them online at eBay. They carried the subwoofer brand that I wanted, a particular model that was discontinued, but they advertised 2 on their eBay site. The owner emailed me and apologized saying that the subwoofer was not available anymore, and that he hadn't taken them down off the eBay site. At the same time he offered me a newer version of the subwoofer I wanted, for not much more than the price of the original version. I took him up on his offer, and I'm so glad I did. A short time later, a brand new subwoofer showed up on my doorstep, perfectly boxed and in superb condition. This was not the sub I wanted, but this newer version sounds absolutely superb in my system and I'm so glad I went with it. The Sound Seller did not have to do this for me, and it shows what a great company this is, and it's so refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that will go the extra mile for you, and this was my first time buying with this company. Ordered a pair of Heresy IV’s to compare with my Heresy II’s. Decided to keep the II’s and return the iv’s. Ron refunded 45% of total cost and claimed damage that simply did not exist. When I presented photo evidence that totally disproved his claim he hung up on me and would not accept any calls or respond to emails. I presented my evidence to EBay and received a full refund.
