Burger King — Restaurant in Marinette

I love the workers here… today the lady who took our order was sooo kind, she has the most biggest brightest beautiful smile in the world… I wish I caught her name.. I’ve seen her a few times, I don’t like the Taco Bell workers or McDonald’s workers they are so so mean!! But I can’t get over how sweet they always are here. The food somtimes isn’t my favorite, but it’s still good!!! It’s Burger King what do u expect lol. Fries are cold somtiems when they are in a rush n have them cooked I get it!! They will remake them if you ask nicely as well because they get it too.. idk but I just want to put out there that this group of employees is my favorite in town. Stay smiling it makes peoples days. That lady did not stop smiling the whole time in the drive thru. She’s so sweet & respectful. I’m going to go inside next time and compliment her because I’m regretting not doing such. Also I’ve never had a problem with any workers here they are all usually very kind. And they always try as hard as they can to make sure you have the correct order, or they’ll fix it for you...

This was the burger king in escanaba....their food is comparable to any fast food joint. But man they really need to work on their hygiene & germs! The guy who took our order was sniffling none stop and coughing. Cany anyone say contagious, have these people not been taught about air born viruses? We decided to use our card to to limit the chance of cross contamination with the exchange of money. We canceled our shakes because of this guy bit then we seen him bagging food and going through the drive through! Then he went somewhere in the back. So we asked the girl up front for some shakes and sbebput to much milk in them! They were so thin you could drink them like water. We also hadba problem with our order being incorrect the time before that going through the drive through. We will be skipping this BK from now on. 😡 p.s. burger king managers teach your employees about germs and cross contamination! And to wash the tables better! (We jad to wash our own after passing by 4 other tables...

Overall experience was good, but I wasn't a fan of the taste of the chicken fries or nuggets. It's been a while since I've been to a BK and ordered these items, but I swear the quality has dropped on them. Not this stores fault... But the breading and seasoning on the chicken fries are not as flavorful as they once were. The fries themselves are smaller too and that was disappointing. The chicken nuggets tasted stale even though I knew they were fresh. They were hot and crispy which was great but the meat was tasteless and the breading tasted like just salt and pepper. The workers did a great job and all our food was definitely prepared to a quality standard, but the product itself has just gone downhill. The restaurant was clean. The staff were polite. Service was quick, and the fries were fresh, so...
