Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Marinette

Could be so much better if, there was adequate sauce on the dishes. I ordered Pad Thai with shrimp and extra sauce, at $1.25 and it was pretty dry and the flavor was barely there. If that was extra sauce, I don't even want to think how much worse it would have been. Ordered Japanese pan noodles without extra sauce and oh boy, really had to choke them down...sooo dry. They need extra, extra sauce and as former restaurant owner, I can say it should not have to be like that. Serve the dish the correct way. The portions are relatively small for the price, so do the right thing and make the food so much better than what you are doing and make them luscious and saucy. They have potential. Mother in law loved her classic mac and cheese, it was creamy. We liked the potstickers and guess what...they came without any dipping sauce. I will have to go back to my order and see if that was an add on as well...sigh. So, I am giving them a pass as they are new and will return at some point to see if they have improved. I wish them luck, we need this in the area. I hope they will take these...

Leaving two stars only because the staff was friendly. Will not be returning to Noodles & Company in Marinette. While the staff was friendly, they informed me they choose their own menu items. Which means they did not have the one thing I like there and the entire reason I went there. (Beef stroganoff). Also, they have ONE gender neutral bathroom in the entire place. That the employees also use. So, even though we were the only ones in the place, we had to wait forever to use the bathroom because an employee was in there dropping a deuce. I also want to mention, when I went in there the sink wasn't wet. Which means he didn't wash his hands. And he was cooking. 🤢 (luckily someone else just finished cooking our food when he was coming out of the bathroom). I ended up ordering buffalo Mac n cheese. It should have just been called Buffalo noodles with chicken. The only cheese on it was some shredded cheese on top. My kids mac n cheese was so much better. It was actually mac and CHEESE. I guess I'll have to continue waiting for trips to green bay...

My friend and I happened to come in today, turns out it was the grand opening! Staff was kind and polite despite the line going out the door. Small store but very clean and nicely decorated.

Portion sizes are perfect, and a wide selection or drinks make it even better. I had the penne rosa and my friend got the butter noddles. Noodles were cooked al dente which was a very welcomed surprise.

They also had a kid's menu, vegetarian options, deserts, and a pretty impressive menu.

Prices are a little higher than I expected but I'm not necessarily complaining. I think they are a great addition to our town. :) if you're looking for something that threads the line between fast food and a sit-down style restaurant you're in the...
