Me and my wife have rented from Aaronâs in Marion location for a few years now and have always had great service from them until now. Jon is always been great and so has the other man that works there as well but the women that works there is just completely rude. My wife has been having issues with her bank and the the women has never tried to work with us as I see from other people reviews that she does. We have never been late on any payments even over the summer when my wife didnât work since she is a school teacher. The women donât try to say well we can do this or we can try this just simply said you either pay or Iâll have someone come get your stuff.. she is very rude and Aaronâs should really think about talking with her or possibly letting her go cause after we pay off what we have now I will not do anymore business with them until she is gone and we have bought a lot of stuff from them.    Read moreThis is the first time doing rent to own from Aaron's. I purchased my couch in full from them a couple years ago and love it. I needed a new stove and fridge. I used the 1 cent down and make payments. I forgot my card was locked when they tried to run the auto pay, so it was denied. I got home from work and there was a note on my door from Aaron's! They really tried to show up to take my stuff over one failed transaction! Which i fixed and paid when I got home from work. The money was on my card the whole time, it was just locked. This week's payment was due on Monday. I knew my check was shorter than usual, so I set it up to be paid today. Its not even noon yet and they've called me asking about the payment! They act like im months behind or something. Im not. It will be paid today by the end of the day. But they need to chill out.    Read moreMy laptop power switch went out on September 6th. I took it in the same day when they opened. It is now October 4th and I am still without it. I even made my payment October 3rd even though I still do no have it. I have never been late yet how is it that it takes nearly a month to repair. I am suppose to call today to see if it is done. My guess is I doubt it. Figures I pay for something I do not have or working. Well I called. And I was right. It is not in. Tired of being given the run around. Now there saying it will be longer. They fixed my Laptop and made it right with me on the hassle the employees at the store was giving me on it. I am glad to see that someone higher up in the company is looking out for me on this....
