Yeah, this is not for the store as much as it is for Specrum as a whole. Garbage over priced service. It's never their fault or poor service, it's your issue, your "old, incompatible equipment". No, my equipment is brand new! Still getting UNRELIABLE, consistently dropping internet service. And some of the service is direct wire ethernet. Spectrum please uphold your promise of, "Fast, Reliable, High speed internet". If you can't, upgrade your OUTDATED and over crowded equipment and zones, so that you do supply the "High speed internet" you claim to offer! Unfortunately spectrum knows the consumer doesn't have a choice, so, spectrum does the bare minimum to give you service. Unfortunately, I could continue with the issues I have been having across many different pieces of equipment and services, however, enough said. Poor service and no guarantee... but purchase our 1Gig internet to get 600... when it works or it's bogged down by our over crowded zones trying to reach everyone, but it can't! They will not bundle unless you get home phone as well? I've made appointments three times so far for set-up, a cut cable line, and a transfer and EVERY appointment is never on time. If told by dispatch that your appointment is one day, they'll come a different day. The only perk we had with "Spectrum" was no one in our neighborhood had cable so we always had our top bandwidth. We can't do data caps (AT&T+Comcast) and satellite is just not an option. My appointment was Saturday 6/17, then they needed me to speak to a customer representative since my appointment was moved to Monday 6/19 4-6 PM , THEN it was Tuesday 6/20 8 AM- 8 PM??.    Read moreIf I could put a 0 star I would! The service crashes every other day and damn near everynight they shut down for maintenance. The prices are stupid expensive after the first year and they are completely unreliable as a wifi company. I pay for a Gig of internet and can never get more than 400 mbs with the ether cord plugged in. If I had any other option in my area I would go with them but unfortunately I'm just stuck with shitty and expensive wifi. If you have any other option in your area go with the other option, I 100% do not recommend this company to anyone! And good luck with the costumers service, they will tell tou everything you want to here to keep you from canceling but everything they say just ends up as empty promises and guarantees they can't follow through on...
