Nice people, great prices. That's where it ends. Installers were 2 1/2 hours late. I was then informed that my supply line was not compatible with the new dishwasher. Nothing like doing a pre install inspection. The installers told me they would leave appliance on the truck and be back the next day. I had to call a plumber to fix my pipe issue. That took 20 minutes and $350 to fix. Now the store tells me it will be 2 days for installers to come back. My great price dishwasher is now pushing $1000. Not to mention my time I've...

The true measure of a business doesn't usually happen when everything goes perfectly. It's when things go less than perfectly. We bought a washer/dryer set & were very happy with the price & sales service. Early on there was an issue with the set. That's when everyone, from sales person to service team to the head of the parts department, were all diligent in finding a solution. At the final re-delivery, the install team had everything extra they needed and went above & beyond for us.
